The Mr. C’s Car Wash App conveniently enrolls you in our loyalty program offering exclusive rewards and features such as purchasing washes from your phone, sending gifts to friends, and managing your unlimited wash pass. Below are the terms and conditions for the Mr. C’s Car Wash Unlimited Wash Pass. Thank you for choosing Mr. C’s; we appreciate the opportunity to make your vehicle shine!

The Mr. C’s Car Wash Unlimited Wash Pass enables members to wash their registered vehicle as often as they like within a month, with a limit of one wash per day. To participate, customers must download the Mr. C’s Car Wash custom app on their smartphone, with each vehicle requiring its own pass and subscription. The pass can be purchased with a credit/debit card, with the first month's fee charged upon purchase. Customers are responsible for managing and updating their payment information through the app, with a 3-day processing time for cancellations. No refunds will be issued for unused portions in case of early cancellation or termination.

The membership allows for transferring to a new vehicle twice yearly and is valid at all Mr. C’s Car Wash locations during normal hours of operation. Mr. C’s Car Wash reserves the right to close due to weather, maintenance, or any unforeseen circumstances with no refunds provided for those days. The pass is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts. Pricing terms are subject to change without notice.

Professional transportation vehicles are not eligible for this program; customers are encouraged to contact the manager for available options. Customers using Mr. C’s Express locations will receive the best available wash based on their enrolled plan. Staff reserve the right to refuse subscription services if deemed necessary, with any violation of terms resulting in immediate contract termination or service refusal.
